<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) affect 1–2 % of the population worldwide [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>].The majority of people diagnosed with ASD, including those without intellectual disabilities, experience severe behavioral and functional impairments that require corrective measures(in particular, executive functions) [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit2">2</xref>]. Treatment options for these entities that improvelong-term outcomes are limited. The heterogeneity inherent in autism spectrum disordersand the lack of consistent biological markers are key challenges for innovative treatments.</p><p>The aim of the work is to discuss the results of the use of physiotherapy and reflexologyin the treatment of ASD. The authors describe 1 clinical case of a patient with autismspectrum disorders, demonstrating the exceptional importance of comprehensive treatmentof these disorders.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>расстройства аутистического спектра</kwd><kwd>физиотерапия</kwd><kwd>рефлексотерапия</kwd><kwd>врач-психиатр</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>autism spectrum disorders</kwd><kwd>physiotherapy</kwd><kwd>reflexology</kwd><kwd>psychiatrist</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Aishworiya, R.
