Авторы выявили, что у пациентов с пневмонией COVID-19 отмечались лейкопения, ускорение СОЭ, тромбоцитопения, лимфопения, нейтрофилия, которые чаще наблюдались у пациентов с поражением 25 % и более ткани легких. Лейкоцитоз был только у 3 (3,7 %) пациентов и только при тяжелом поражении легких. Повышение уровня в плазме крови Д-димера, фибриногена, прокальцитонина, лактатдегидрогеназы, возрастание значения протромбинового индекса, снижение уровня альбумина плазмы крови выявлялось только при поражении 50 % и более ткани легких. Также отмечалось возрастание у обследованных пациентов уровня в плазме крови креатинина, аланинаминотрансферазы, аспартатаминотрансферазы, креатинфосфокиназы, С-реактивного протеина. Возможность стратификации риска и оценки необходимости госпитализации пациентов с COVID-19 пневмонией, определения тяжести течения вирусной интерстициальной SARS-CoV-2 пневмонии, оценки эффективности назначенной терапии и ее корректировки с помощью лабораторных предикторов является актуальным в том числе и для снижения риска развития постинфекционных осложнений, предупреждения возможного летального исхода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of a study of changes in the indicators of general, biochemical blood tests and individual coagulogram parameters in patients with COVID-19 pneumonia who were in hospital. The authors found that patients with COVID-19 pneumonia had leukopenia, accelerated ESR, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, neutrophilia, which were more often observed in patients with lesions of 25 % or more of lung tissue. Leukocytosis was only in 3 (3.7 %) patients and only in severe lung damage. An increase in the plasma level of D-dimer, fibrinogen, procalcitonin, lactate dehydrogenase, an increase in the value of the prothrombin index, a decrease in the level of plasma albumin was detected only with a lesion of 50 % or more of lung tissue. There was also an increase in the plasma levels of creatinine, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine phosphokinase, and C-reactive protein in the examined patients.
