По оценкам ВОЗ, ежегодно в мире регистрируется около 24 миллионов случаев септического шока. Отдельного внимания заслуживает проблема септического шока у детей, распространенность которого, согласно актуальным исследованиям, варьируется от 2,2 % до 15,4 %.</p><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы: прогнозирование развития септического шока у детей на основании комплексной оценки лабораторных предикторов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: были сформированы две группы пациентов – группа стандартного риска (n = 109, сепсис протекал без септического шока) и группа угрожаемого риска (n = 72, шок развился на 1–3 сутки после поступления пациентов в стационар).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе анализа установлено, что показателями, ассоциированными с развитием септического шока, являются: лактат (ОШ 2,4; 95 % ДИ 1,2–5; p = 0,02), АЧТВ (ОШ 4,3; 95 % ДИ 1,4–16; p = 0,017), мочевина (ОШ 2,3; 95 % ДИ 1,1–4,7; p = 0,026) и белок (ОШ 1,3; 95 % ДИ 0,6–3; p = 0,475), на основании которых была разработана модель, позволяющая определять вероятность развития септического шока.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Представленная модель, включающая 4 лабораторных показателя, доступна в выполнении и проста в использовании.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Septic shock is a form of sepsis with a significantly increased mortality rate due to serious circulatory and/or cellular metabolism disorders. The WHO estimates that there are about 24 million cases of septic shock worldwide each year. Special attention should be paid to the problem of septic shock in children, the prevalence of which, according to current research, varies from 2.2 % to 15.4 %.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to predict the development of septic shock in children based on a comprehensive assessment of laboratory predictors.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: two groups of patients were formed – the standard risk group (n = 109, sepsis proceeded without septic shock) and the threatened risk group (n = 72, shock developed on days 1–3 after admission of patients to the hospital).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. During the analysis, it was found that the indicators associated with the development of septic shock are: lactate (OR 2.4; 95 % CI 1.2–5; p = 0.02), APTT (OR 4.3; 95 % CI 1.4–16; p = 0.017), urea (OR 2.3; 95 % CI 1.1–4.7; p = 0.026) and protein (OR 1.3; 95 % CI 0.6–3; p = 0.475), on the basis of which a model was developed to determine the likelihood of developing septic shock.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
