Проанализировать данные об использовании белков крови – традиционных онкомаркеров в диагностике и прогнозировании возврата заболевания при немелкоклеточном раке легкого.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В обзоре обобщены данные литературных источников об использовании опухолеассоциированных белков крови CYFRA 21-1 (фрагмент цитокератина 19), SCC (антиген плоскоклеточной карциномы), NSE (нейрон-специфическая енолаза), РЭА (раковый эмбриональный антиген), ПКM2 (пируваткиназа М2) и ProGRP (пептид, высвобождающий прогастрин) в качестве биомаркеров диагностики и прогнозировании возврата заболевания при немелкоклеточном раке легкого.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Традиционные онкомаркеры обладают невысокой эффективностью в диагностике и прогнозировании возврата заболевания при немелкоклеточном раке легкого.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze data on the use of blood proteins, traditional cancer markers, in the diagnosis and prediction of disease recurrence in non–small cell lung cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The r eviews ummarizes literature data on the u se of tumor-associated b lood proteins CYFRA 21-1 (cytokeratin fragment 19), SCC (squamous cell carcinoma antigen), NSE (neuron-specific enolase), REA (cancer embryonic antigen), PKM2 (pyruvate kinase M2) and ProGRP (progastrin releasing peptide) as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis the return of the disease in non-small cell lung cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
