Среди осложнений стентирования наиболее клинически важными являются инфекция мочевыводящих путей и инкрустация стента. Меры профилактики осложнений стентирования мочеточников до настоящего времени не разработаны. В статье представлен обзор литературных данных по перспективным лекарственным средствам, которые могут быть использованы в профилактике инфекции мочевыводящих путей, ассоциированной с мочеточниковыми стентами и профилактике их инкрустаций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ureteral stenting is most often performed for urinary stasis secondary to urolithiasis and acute obstructive pyelonephritis. Among stenting complications, the most clinically significant are urinary tract infection and stent encrustation. Preventive measures for ureteral stenting complications have not yet been developed.
