За период с 2020 по 2025 г. мы наблюдали 57 (100 %) пациентов с врожденной девиацией полового члена. Выявлены следующие варианты искривления полового члена, в случаях сочетания деформации в нескольких плоскостях учитывался преобладающий угол искривления: книзу (в вентральную сторону) – 28 (49 %) мужчин, влево – 19 (33 %), вправо – 4 (7 %), ротация с угловой деформацией – 4 (7 %), только ротация по оси – 2 (3,5 %). Комбинированные деформации в двух плоскостях и по оси из числа всех пациентов – 14 (24,6 %).Целью данной работы является рассмотрение актуальных на сегодня методов корпоропластики полового члена, а также преимуществ и недостатков доступных методов хирургической коррекции врождённого искривления полового члена.Оперировано 19 пациентов с врождённым искривлением полого члена в возрасте: от 17 до 39 лет. Применявшиеся методики: пликация белочной оболочки полового члена по Щеплеву-Несбит – 13, с углом искривления полового члена от 35° до 75°; выпрямление полового члена с применением графта – 5, угол искривления от 55° до 85°; циркумцизио, с устранением ротационного искривления – 1. Осложнения: повторная коррекция искривления – 1, интраоперационное повреждение уретры – 1, подкожные гематомы лобковой области – 3, укорочение полового члена на 1–2,5 см – 7 пациентов. Представлено сравнение пликационных и имплатационных хирургических методов коррекции врождённого искривления полового члена, с применением аутологичного и ксенотранспланата для графта.

During the period from 2020 to 2025, we observed 57 (100 %) patients with congenital penile deviation. The following variants of penile curvature were identified; in cases of a combination of deformation in several planes, the predominant angle of curvature was taken into account: downwards (to the ventral side) – 28 (49 %) men, to the left – 19 (33 %), to the right – 4 (7 %), rotation with angular deformation – 4 (7 %), only rotation along the axis – 2 (3.5 %). Combined deformations in two planes and along the axis of allpatients – 14 (24.6 %).The purpose of this work is to consider the currently relevant methods of penile corporoplasty, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of available methods of surgical correction of congenital curvature of the penis.A total of 19 patients with congenital curvature of the penis aged from 17 to 39 years were operated on. The methods used were: plication of the tunica albuginea of the penis according to Shcheplev-Nesbit – 13, with a penile curvature angle from 35° to 75°; straightening of the penis using a graft – 5, curvature angle from 55° to 85°; circumcision, with the elimination of rotational curvature – 1. Complications: repeated correction of curvature – 1,intraoperative damage to the urethra – 1, subcutaneous hematomas of the pubic area – 3, shortening of the penis by 1–2.5 cm – 7 patients. A comparison of plication and implantation surgical methods for correction of congenital curvature of the penis is presented, using autologous and xenograft for the graft.
