Исследование моноцентровое, наблюдательное, ретроспективное. Выполнено в период с 2012–01–01 по 2020–12–31 в ревматологическом отделении УЗ «11-ая городская клиническая больница» г. Минска. В исследование включены 527 пациентов с подагрическим артритом (ПА). Тип ЛИПП определён в соответствии с рекомендациями EASL, 2019. Для оценки причинно-следственных взаимосвязей была применена обновлённая шкала RUCAM (Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method). Всем пациентам выполнено клинико-лабораторное и инструментальные исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. ЛИПП выявлено у 91 пациента (14,3 %), у 80 – гепатоцеллюлярный, у 11 – смешанный тип ЛИПП. Констатирована 1 категория тяжести ЛИПП у 88, 2 категория у 3-х пациентов. ЛИПП мы наблюдали чаще у более молодых пациентов без тяжелой коморбидности, но с предшествующим атаке ПА алкогольным эксцессом и последующим после атаки ПА превышением средних терапевтических доз НПВС.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Мы не наблюдали тяжелого течения ЛИПП у пациентов на фоне приема НПВС для купирования ПА. Однако, гепатотоксичность НПВС у данной категории пациентов представляет социальную и медицинскую проблему.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the second most common group of drugs leading to the development of drug-induced liver injury (DILI).</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to determine the clinical features of DILI in patients with gout when using NSAIDs.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study is monocentric, observational, retrospective. Performed in the period from 2012–01–01 to 2020–12–31 in the Rheumatology Department of the 11th City Clinical Hospital. The study included 527 patients with gouty arthritis (GA). The type of DILI was determined in accordance with the recommendations of EASL, 2019. An updated scale RUCAM (Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method) was used to assess causal relationships.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. DILI was detected in 91 patients (14.3 %), in 80 – hepatocellular, in 11 – mixed type of DILI. The 1st category of DILI severity was stated in 88, the 2nd category – in 3 patients. We observed DILI more often in younger patients without severe comorbidity, but with an alcoholic surplus preceding a GA attack and, after, during attack an excess of the average therapeutic doses of NSAIDs was registered.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Thus, we did not observe a severe course of DILI in patients taking NSAIDs for the relief of GA.
