Диареегенная  E.  coli  была  выявлена  у  45  детей,  в  88,9  %  (40/45)  случаев  она  являлась шигатоксин-продуцирующей (STEC). У 67,5 % (27/40) штаммов STEC обнаружен шигатоксин 2 типа и в 32,5 % (13/40) – оба шигатоксина: 1 и 2 типов. Серотипирование 40 штаммов STEC с помощью ПЦР позволило установить O-серогруппу для   77,5   %   (31/40)   из   них.   Наиболее   часто   встречались   серогруппы:   О157   – в 32,5 % (13/40) образцов, О111 – в 17,5 % (7/40) и О145 – в 12,5 % (5/40) образцов. На долю еще трех О-серогрупп (О55, О104 и О26) приходилось 15,0 % образцов. Выполненное для 7 штаммов STEC типирование Н-антигена с помощью секвенирования fliC-гена показало, что наиболее часто встречался антиген Н4. Анализ взаимосвязей О-серогрупп STEC с тяжестью течения и исходом ГУС на небольшой группе пациентов показал, что группы пациентов с О157 (13 человек) и не-О157 (27 человек) STEC-ГУС практически не различались по клинико-лабораторным параметрам, тяжести течения и осложнениям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A quantitative PCR study was conducted using TaqMan Array Card on stool samples from 97 children in the acute phase of hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). Diarrheagenic E. coli was detected in 45 children, in 88.9 % (40/45) of cases it was shigatoxin-producing (STEC). Shiga toxin type 2 was detected in 67.5 % (27/40) of STEC strains, and both Shiga toxins:  types  1  and  2  were  detected  in  32.5  %  (13/40).  Serotyping  of  40  STEC  strains using  PCR  allowed  to  establish  the  O  serogroup  for  77.5  %  (31/40)  of  them.  The  most frequently encountered serogroups were: O157 – in 32.5 % (13/40) of the samples, O111 – in 17.5 % (7/40) and O145 – in 12.5 % (5/40). Three more O-serogroups (O55, O104 and O26) accounted for 15.0 % of the samples. Typing of the H antigen performed for 7 STEC strains using fliC gene sequencing showed that the H4 antigen was the most common.
