В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к тестированию и лечению ВГСинфекции в исправительных учреждениях, приведены данные из литературных источников (исследовательские и обзорные статьи), а также клинических рекомендаций Европейского (2020 г.) и Американского (2023 г.) обществ по заболеваниям печени. Особое внимание уделено вопросам лечения ВГС-инфекции у пациентов, находящихся в исправительных учреждениях, так как это способствует элиминации ВГС-инфекции в обществе.

The article presents a review of the current approaches to testing and treatment of HCV infection in prison populations. It provides data from literature sources; including research and review articles; as well as clinical guidelines from the European (2020) and American (2023) Liver Disease Societies. Particular attention is paid to the treatment of HCV infection in patients in prison; as this contributes to the elimination of HCV infection in the community.
