В статье представлен анализ оперативного лечения 244 пациентов мужского пола, оперированных по поводу паховой грыжи: 96 пациентам выполнена операция Лихтенштейна, 118 – ТЭП (тотальная экстраперитонеальная герниопластика), 30 герниопластика по методике Desarda. Пациенты разделены на две группы в зависимости от возраста. Проанализированы наличие сопутствующей патологии у пациентов, длительность оперативного лечения, необходимость в применении анальгетиков, послеоперационные осложнения. В зависимости от возраста мужчины, наличия или отсутствия патологии со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы, сахарного диабета определены показания для каждой из методик герниопластики. Все предложенные методики надежны в плане рецидива заболевания. Операция Desarda имеет все преимущества операций, выполняющихся под местным обезболиванием. Может выполнятся в старческом возрасте, является непродолжительной по времени, не требует наркотических анальгетиков, позволяет быстро активизировать пациента.

The article presents an analysis of the surgical treatment of 244 male patients which underwent surgery for an inguinal hernia: 96 patients underwent Lichtenstein technique surgery, 118 patients underwent TEP (total extraperitoneal hernioplasty), 30 patients underwent hernioplasty using the Desard technique. Patients were divided into two groups depending on age. The presence of concomitant pathology in patients, the duration of surgical treatment, the need for analgesics and postoperative complications were analyzed. Indications for each of the hernioplasty techniques were determined depending on the age, presence or absence of cardiovascular pathology and diabetes mellitus. All proposed techniques are reliable towards disease relapse. Operation Desarda has all the advantages of operations performed under local anesthesia. It can be performed in old age, is short in time, does not require narcotic analgesics, and allows you to quickly mobilize the patient.
