Введение: процесс обучения в медицинском университете сопряжён с эмоциональным напряжением, что может приводить к стрессу и тревоге.

Цель исследования

Цель исследования: изучение ассортимента лекарственных средств, используемых студентами-медиками при тревоге и (или) стрессе, и факторы, влияющие на их выбор.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы: анкетирование 106 студентов медицинского университета (ГрГМУ) (74,5 % женского пола и 25,5 % мужского) в возрасте от 17 до 25 лет.

Результаты исследования

Результаты исследования: при тревоге или стрессе большинство студентов используют растительные седативные препараты, например, настойку валерьяны и т. п. (51 %). Вторым по популярности является глицин (39 %) и фенибут (33 %). Адаптол (мебикар) и Магне В6 также пользуются значительной популярностью (соответственно по 26 %). Кроме того, в анкетах упомянуты Афобазол (фабомотизол) (14 %), гомеопатический препарат Тенотен (10 %) и (менее 3 % респондентов каждый): Даптен (мебикар), Ноофен (фенибут), пароксетин, Грандаксин (тофизопам), фиточай ромашки.

Выводы

Выводы: Подавляющее большинство студентов не пользуются препаратами для уменьшения тревоги, что может свидетельствовать о том, что уровень стресса и тревоги у большинства студентов невысок. В связи с более лёгким доступом к лечению, студенты предпочитают безрецептурные препараты.

Background

Background: the process of studying at a medical university is associated with emotional stress, which can lead to stress and anxiety.

Aim

Aim: to study the range of medications used by medical students for anxiety and (or) stress and the factors influencing their choice.

Material and methods

Material and methods: survey of 106 students of the Medical University (GrSMU) of both sexes (74.5 % female and 25.5 % male) aged 17 to 25 years.

Results

Results: when feeling anxious or stressed, most students use herbal sedatives, for example, valerian tincture, etc. (51 %). The second most popular are glycine (39 %) and phenibut (33 %). Adaptol (mebicar) and Magne B6 are also very popular (26 % each, respectively). In addition, Afobazole (fabomotizole) (14 %), the homeopathic drug Tenoten (10 %) and (less than 3 % of respondents each): Dapten (mebicar), Noofen (phenibut), paroxetine, Grandaxin (tofisopam), chamomile herbal tea.

Conclusions

Conclusions: The vast majority of students do not use medications to reduce anxiety, which may indicate that the level of stress and anxiety in most students is low. Due to easier access to treatment, students prefer over-the-counter medications.
