В исследуемую группу было включено 123 индивидуума, в группу сравнения – 113 жителей того же района, идентичных по своему статусу, но рожденных в 1988 году. Установлено, что транс- плацентарное поступление радиоактивного йода в щитовидную железу (ЩЖ) плодов беременных женщин, формировало меньшие по величине поглощенные дозы, чем у их матерей. Повышенная заболеваемость облученных in utero регистрировалась сразу после аварии и сохранялась на более высоком уровне в последующем. В контрольной группе заболеваемость стабилизировалась примерно с 2000 года. Регистрировалось повышение уровня заболеваемости по психическим расстройствам и расстройствам поведения, болезням нервной системы, системы кровообращения и заболеваниям мочеполовой системы. Изучение гендерных особенностей выявило болeе частые изменения со стороны состояния здоровья лиц женского пола. В настоящей статье полученные данные обсуждаются с точки зрения нестабильности специфических генов клеток ЩЖ после инкорпорации I-131, способных отвечать за синтез тироидных гормонов, что может отражаться в появлении в последующем различной патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this work was to study the incidence in children born and living in the territory of the Stolin district of the Brest region, irradiated in utero due to the incorporation of radioactive iodine (I-131), as a result of the Chernobyl accident, compared with the health status of children who were born later and were not exposed to such irradiation. The study group included 123 individuals, the comparison group included 113 residents from the same area, identical in their status, but born in 1988. It has been established that the transplacental intake of radioactive iodine into the thyroid gland (TG) of the fetuses of pregnant women formed smaller absorbed doses than that of their mothers. Increased morbidity among those irradiated in utero was recorded immediately after the accident and remained at a higher level thereafter. In the control group, the incidence has stabilized after about 2000. An increase in the incidence of mental and behavioral disorders, diseases of the nervous system, circulatory system and diseases of the genitourinary system was recorded. The study of gender characteristics revealed more frequent changes in the health status of females.
