Проанализированы наличие сопутствующей патологии у пациентов, длительность оперативного лечения, необходимость в применении анальгетиков, ранние и поздние послеоперационные осложнения. Пациенты, которым была выполнена ТЭП, меньше нуждались в анальгезии в раннем послеоперационном периоде, у них реже случались осложнения со стороны послеоперационных ран, быстрее восстанавливалась трудоспособность. Операция Лихтенштейна выполнялась более возрастным пациентам с сопутствующей патологией. В отдаленном послеоперационном периоде рецидива заболевания не наблюдалось независимо от методики герниопластики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an analysis of the surgical treatment of 224 male patients who underwent inguinal hernioplasty: 90 patients with the Liechtenstein operation, 124 with TEP (total extraperitoneal hernioplasty). The presence of concomitant pathology in patients, the duration of surgery, the need for analgesics, early and late postoperative complications were analyzed. Patients with TEP needed less analgesia in the early postoperative period, they had fewer postoperative wound complications, and their ability to work was restored faster. The Liechtenstein operation was performed in older patients with comorbidities.
